Delivery Frequency, Lag & Schedule

Article Contents:

Delivery Frequency

Delivery frequency defines how often data feeds are refreshed and delivered to clients. Reports are released on the following schedules:
  • Monthly
  • Twice Monthly
  • Weekly
It is important to distinguish delivery frequency from data granularity. A data feed may contain weekly indices, but depending on scheduling, those indices might only be delivered monthly or twice monthly.
In 2025, Hatched has undertaken an initiative to increase delivery frequency. Currently more than half of all data feeds are updated and distributed on a weekly basis, with the rest to follow.

Delivery Lag & Windows

Reports are released on a rolling basis as data becomes available, rather than in a single batch.
Releases begin from the first business day after period end, with an average delivery lag of 1.3 days.
Data is not delivered during trading hours. While our pipeline supports continuous delivery, most updates publish in defined regional windows, typically before the local market opens and after it closes. The graphic below illustrates these windows for three markets; the same approach applies across our broader coverage.

In Excel reports, the Tabular Data tab includes a RELEASEDATE column that shows the release date of each data point.

Delivery Schedule

Prior to the delivery window, subscribers receive an excel via email with estimated delivery dates for all data feeds in their subscription.
